I can't log in to my Atisfyre account

Signed up to Atisfyre but can’t seem to get back into your account? We’ve got a few reasons that this might be happening to you.

You signed up with an external account (Google, Facebook, Twitch) and forgot!

Don’t worry, we get this one all the time. If you signed up using an external platform, you won’t be able to log into Atisfyre using an email and password. Instead, click on the platform you used to sign up and log in through that! Make sure you’re logged into the correct one before logging back in though!

You signed up with an external account but are logged into the wrong one

Building off what we said in the previous paragraph, it’s entirely possible that when you go to log in through an external platform that you’re logged into the wrong one. And hey, we get it! We’ve all got a billion email addresses these days…

And this is an easy fix! All you need to do is make sure you’re logged into the right account. Not sure what account you signed up with? We recommend checking your emails. It’s as easy as finding the address your Atisfyre emails get sent to!

You forgot your password

If you’ve logged in with an email address and password (and not an external account), this could happen to you - and it happens to the best of us!  This is also an easy fix - just visit the forgot password page and go from there.

You can’t remember what email address you used

This one is a bit trickier. If you can’t seem to find the email address you used to sign up with, then your best bet is to go through your accounts and see if you can find one that has your Atisfyre emails. 

If all else fails, you can contact us with your full name (and an alternate email address) and we can see what we can do!
