How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Atisfyre account from your computer or mobile app

Steps to delete account

• Open the Settings menu from the bottom navigation bar
• Go to Advanced settings, tap Delete Account
• Read carefully the information provided on the screen, select a reason for deletion
• If you agree to the terms and conditions, tap Delete account
• You will receive a confirmation email once your account is permanently deleted

To remove your account through website, submit a request.

• You will be automatically logged out of all devices.
• You will not be able to recover your account.
• Your personal data will be permanently deleted (except for the information we are permitted to retain, as mentioned in our Privacy Policy).
• Your deletion request will be processed within 28 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
