It is a process where brands review your content to get things right before it goes live, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s expectations while still showcasing your unique style.
How does it work?
Receiving the job
When you accept a job offer from the 'Job Offers' section, you'll receive all the campaign details, including the brand safety rules and instructions. It will also specify if Content Review is required for that particular job, so you'll know exactly what to expect when submitting your content.
For each job that requires Content Review, you'll be able to see key details such as:
- Content type: The type of content you need to create (example: 15 to 20 second YouTube short)
- Draft starts on: The first day you can submit your draft for review
- Draft ends on: The last day you can submit your draft for review
- Earnings: The payment you will receive for successfully completing the job.
Create and submit the content
After reviewing the Job description, it’s time to create your content while following all the instructions. Once completed, submit your content for review within the given timeframe.
When you submit the content, make sure to:
- Attach all relevant files for review.
- Include the caption for the content in the input field.
- Add any additional comments or notes for brand if necessary.
Brand reviews the content
The brand will review your content, and you’ll receive an in-app and email notification once they’ve finished reviewing. You can see the feedback they have for you under the Activity section of that particular job.
Review process:
- The brand can approve your first Draft if they find it meets their expectations.
- They can request revision if they believe the first Draft needs changes and you can resubmit the revised content with the suggested changes.
- They can contest your content if you have violated the rules or you haven’t followed all the instructions mentioned in the Job description.
- The brand and admin reserve the right to suspend the partnership if brand safety guidelines and/or instructions are not followed. In the event of a suspension, payment will be declined.
After receiving revision request on your first Draft, review it carefully. You can either accept or contest the revision request.
Accept and submit revision request
If you agree with the proposed changes, accept the request and submit the revised content within the specified date and time after the brand review.
Contest revision request
What is Contesting: Contesting refers to objecting to a revision request made by the brand. You can contest if you disagree with the requested changes.
Once you submit your contest request, our admin team will review it and take the appropriate action. You will be notified of the decision both in the app and via email.
Content contested by the brand
The brand can contest your content if you haven’t followed all the brand safety rules and/or instructions. Once brand contests your content, our admin team will review it and take the appropriate action. You will be notified of the decision both in the app and via email.
Note: If you did not follow the instructions under ‘Job Description’, the contest will be rejected and you will be asked to revise the content and resubmit.
Content approval
Once your content is approved, you'll get an email with the publishing window details (publishing start and end dates). Ensure you publish your content on your social media and submit the URL on Atisfyre on time to get paid for the job.
Note: Post on your social media only when the publishing window starts.
