I can’t connect my Instagram account to Atisfyre! Help!

Connecting your Instagram account can be tricky! There are a number of reasons that it might not be working for you.

These include:

• Your account is not set up as a Business account
  • • Find the solution to this in our guide
• You haven’t linked it to a Facebook Page
  • • Find out how to do this in our other guide
• You don’t have a Facebook Page
  • • You’ll need to create a default Facebook Page 
• You’re trying to connect the wrong Instagram account
  • • You may be logged into the wrong account on your phone or desktop, please ensure that you’re active on the account you want to connect
• Your account is linked to another Atisfyre account
  • • If your Instagram account is connected to another Atisfyre account, you won’t be able to link it to a new one
• Your Facebook Page is linked to a different Instagram account
  • • You’ll need to disconnect your Facebook Page from your other account and connect the account you want to put on Atisfyre
