If you haven't received your payment yet, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
- You still haven’t completed the job.
- It’s not been 72 hours since work was submitted. Brands are given three days to review your work before the payment is released. Until then, the payment is held in the escrow account.
- Your work doesn't meet the standards outlined in your contract.
