If you’ve completed a job on Atisfyre, you won’t be able to switch to a different account on that social media platform until 365 days have passed from the date of payment.
Whether it’s a new Page on the same Facebook account, or a completely different account, once you’ve completed a job for one of your connected platforms, you won’t be able to switch it for 365 days.
Example 1 - Switching accounts you've already completed a job on
You’ve connected your main Instagram account to Atisfyre and received a job you accepted, submitted work for, and have been paid for. You try switching to your secondary Instagram account but are told you cannot connect a new account.
In this scenario, there are three options:
- Reconnect your previous Instagram account
- Wait until 365 days have passed since being paid for your previous job and connect a new Instagram account
- Create a new Atisfyre account
Please note that if you choose to create a new Atisfyre account, you will have to start completely fresh, and we will not be able to transfer your FyrePower over.
This does not affect social media platforms on which you’ve not yet completed a job.
Example 2 - Switching accounts you haven't yet completed a job on (or haven't completed a job on for 365+ days)
You’ve connected your main Instagram and TikTok accounts to Atisfyre, both of which have 1000+ followers.
You received a job on Instagram, which you accepted, submitted work for, and have been paid for. You’ve not yet completed a job on TikTok (or last did so 365+ days ago).
You’re happy to keep your Instagram account the same but want to change to a secondary TikTok account. You will not face any problems if you wish to do this.
