When will I receive a payment after completing a job?

When you complete your content and submit it to the platform, it will be sent to the brand for review.

The brand has 72 hours to review your work. During this time you could be requested to make modifications, if required. Your payment will be held in escrow until then. 

If they have no concerns and your work is approved, PayPal will process your payment. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for PayPal to process payments.

Please ensure that you have connected the right PayPal account and that it is connected properly.

If it has been more than 96 hours (4 days) since your work has been approved and you haven't received your payment, then please contact our team for support by clicking this link or using the chat function on our Help Desk.
